Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Line a cooler with a large food-safe bag. Add water, apple juice, and salt to the bag; stir until salt is dissolved. Add garlic.
Step 2
To use: Place turkey in brine, breast-side down; add more water as needed until turkey completely submerged. Pour ice over turkey. Seal the bag, close the cooler, and let turkey brine overnight.
