Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add soy chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add apples and mix well; cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir apple mixture and grate imitation cheese on top. Fold in gently as it melts.
