Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke, and molasses together in a bowl until molasses has dissolved; stir in sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, garlic pepper, minced garlic, and canola oil.

Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken thighs, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Step 3
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Discard any remaining marinade.
Step 4
Grill chicken on preheated grill until no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
