Dick's Bloody Mary Mix

I tended bar in college at Dick's bar in Hudson, Wisconsin. This was their custom recipe for the BEST bloody mary ever! This makes enough mix for a very busy bar. Mix all ingredients and add vodka to taste.

Ingredients

• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 cup salsa
• 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
• 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle dark beer
• ½ cup prepared horseradish
• 2 tablespoons celery salt
• 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste
• 5 gallons tomato juice
• 1 cup dill pickle juice
• ½ cup concentrated beef base (paste)

Stir tomato juice, orange juice, dark beer, dill pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, horseradish, beef base, black pepper, celery salt, and hot pepper sauce in a large container until beef base and celery salt have dissolved.n
