Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Stir together cornstarch and water to dissolve cornstarch; pour into the boiling broth. Stir gently while you pour in egg and yellow food coloring. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
