Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Pour tea into large wide-rimmed cups or 1-pint soup bowls, filling them about half full. Dilute with freshly boiled water to a golden color; add 1 tablespoon sugar per cup.
Step 2
Place an apple quarter in each cup. Stir and serve immediately.
