Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine red grapes, green grapes, black grapes, roma tomatoes, onion, serrano chile pepper, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup quartered seedless green grapes
  • 1 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 cup quartered seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup quartered seedless black grapes
  • ¼ serrano chile pepper, minced
