I made up this simple recipe about a year ago that I thought was similar to peanut butter and jam! Since then I have been hooked and haven't eaten any other type of yogurt since! I include this healthy choice about every second day as part of my breakfast as it is quite filling and I find very satisfying! This treat can be used as a great snack or dessert and is quite high in protein and low in sugar.
