This a great recipe for baked lemon chicken tenders that my family loves. It's fairly quick and easy, and you more than likely don't have to go out and buy any new ingredients!

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Stir paprika, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl.
Step 3
Sprinkle seasoning over chicken pieces. Dip pieces in beaten egg, then dredge in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer on the prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 5
Meanwhile, stir sugar, lemon juice, and curry powder together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
After chicken has cooked for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and drizzle lemon sauce over top. Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
