Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Gather all ingredients.

Mix in garlic and continue cooking for 15 minutes, or to desired doneness.

Mix sugar, flour, salt, pepper, and mustard in a bowl.
Step 5
Stir in water, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Step 6
Place ribs in a pot with enough water to cover.
Step 7
Bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes, and drain.
Step 8
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown ribs on all sides.

Mix in sauce mixture.

  • 0.5 cup vinegar
