Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line the bottom of a baking dish with aluminum foil; grease with cooking spray.
Step 2
Spread chicken drumsticks in the baking dish. Add potatoes, onion, and carrots. Pour chicken stock over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and seasoning blend on top. Cover baking dish with foil; poke a few holes in the foil with a sharp knife.

Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is very tender, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
