Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mix together ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into flat, round patties using your hands.
Step 2
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spraying with cooking spray if needed. Cook patties in the hot skillet and until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Step 3
Serve patties on warmed buns.
