Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat broth, onion, celery, and apples in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook until vegetables and apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add sausage and stuffing; stir until lightly coated.

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing
  • 0.5 Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 1.75 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Chicken Broth or
  • 0.5 Red Delicious apple, chopped
  • 0.5 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
