Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat Country Crock Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and cook until crisp-tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add broth and simmer until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
