Step 1
Layer chocolate almond bark, peanuts, salted nuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and German sweet chocolate (in that order and without mixing) in a slow cooker.

Cook on High for 2 hours. Stir to mix.

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate mixture onto the paper and allow to harden, about 2 hours.
