Cubed venison is marinated in teriyaki sauce and garlic, coated with a Creole seasoning mixture, and pan-fried to perfection. You can also use cubed beef.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place venison in a large bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and garlic; toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours to overnight.
Step 2
Sift flour and Creole seasoning together in a bowl. Remove venison from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade. Dredge venison in flour mixture to coat.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add venison; cook until browned, about 15 minutes.
