Beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat egg into butter mixture along with brandy. Combine flour and baking soda; stir into butter mixture until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
