Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Rub fillets with oil and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Simmer for 1 minute. Add tomato and green onion. Cook, stirring until heated through.
Step 5
Spoon over fillets and serve.
