Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Transfer browned beef to a bowl.
Step 2
Melt butter the same skillet; add zucchini and sauté until just slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Return ground beef to skillet along with dried onions, water, Knorr rice, chopped tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and top with cheese. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
  • 2 zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
