Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Crack egg into a medium bowl and whisk until beaten; slowly whisk in oil until fully blended, then whisk in vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and ground black pepper.
Step 2
Set some of the sauce aside to use for basting while grilling. Use remaining marinade to coat chicken in shallow baking dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight.
