This chipped beef recipe is straight from my mom. We called it SOS (Same Ole Stuff), and it's great comfort food! This recipe can also be made with 3/4 pound browned, drained hamburger meat. Either way, it's easy to make and tastes great with a cold beer. Serve over toast.
