Gluten-Free Pizza Crust with Cassava Flour

Gluten-Free Pizza Crust with Cassava Flour

Basically what the title says. I put this together because I wanted a gluten-free crust that had the right texture. So many of the gluten-free recipes have a weird texture, different from gluten flour. I love making my own dough traditionally with regular flour...but gluten doesn't like me.
