Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Place potatoes in a large bowl; add olive oil and toss to coat.
Step 3
Cook on the preheated grill until tender, about 30 minutes. Cool potatoes, 10 to 15 minutes; cut into quarters and place in a large serving bowl.
Step 4
Make dressing: Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic, and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.
Step 5
Pour dressing over potatoes; add bacon, green onions, and parsley. Toss until evenly coated.
