Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; stir until well blended.
Step 2
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze one half into the butter mixture. Cut the other half into 3 slices and set aside.
Step 3
Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and fold up the sides. Brush olive oil onto fillets, then pour butter mixture over top and place a slice of lemon on each one.
Step 4
Broil on the top rack in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
