Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Stir berries, tapioca, and 1/2 cup of sugar together in a bowl until well combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Stir baking mix and milk together in a separate bowl. Drop dough over cobbler by the spoonful.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil water and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in a small saucepan over high heat. Stir in butter and vanilla extract, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 5 minutes; set aside.
Step 5
Drizzle cobbler with vanilla syrup. Return to the oven, and continue baking until syrup evaporates, about 5 minutes more.
