Combine brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, and chili oil in a small bowl; set aside.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce, and cook until reduced, about 5 minutes. Flip chicken to coat evenly.
